Business to Business Return Policy
This return policy applies exclusively to purchases made by professional dealers and business customers. Consumer withdrawal rights under EU Directive 2011/83/EU do not apply to transactions concluded between businesses.
1. General Conditions
Returns are accepted only after prior written approval from House of Wheels. Any return without authorization may be refused.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days after delivery. After this period, returns may be refused at our discretion.
Products must be unused, undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging. Items showing signs of installation, use, modification, or damage will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless defective:
- Special order or custom products
- Electrical components once installed
- Fluids, lubricants, and chemicals once opened
- Clearance or promotional items
- Products ordered specifically at the request of the customer
3. Defective or Damaged Goods
Any damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may be rejected.
Where applicable, warranty claims will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
4. Return Authorization Procedure
To request a return, please contact us at mail@houseofwheels. nl and include:
- Company name
- Invoice number
- Product details
- Reason for return
- Supporting photos if applicable
If approved, a return authorization will be issued with further instructions.
5. Refunds and Credits
Approved returns may be refunded or credited at our discretion. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned goods and will be issued via the original payment method or credited to the customer’s account.
6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We recommend using insured and trackable shipping services. House of Wheels is not responsible for items lost in transit.
7. Limitation of Liability
House of Wheels’ liability is limited to the invoice value of the supplied goods. Consequential damages, loss of profit, or indirect damages are excluded unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
8. Governing Law
This policy is governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
