Our approach

House of Wheels is built for technically distinctive motorcycle products that do not fit a traditional distribution model.
We develop demand first, then support supply through a selective dealer network.
This protects positioning, pricing, and long term value.

Why traditional distribution fails for niche products

Many technically strong products lose value when distribution becomes uncontrolled.
When a product is available everywhere, price becomes the main differentiator and positioning collapses.
Dealers end up defending prices instead of advising customers.

We avoid this by building understanding and demand before expanding availability.

Demand first, supply second

House of Wheels introduces products through structured communication.
We explain what a product does, why it exists, and when it makes sense to use it.
Demand is created centrally.
Supply is supported selectively.

  • Technical explanation that makes products understandable
  • Real world validation in racing and circuit environments
  • Consistent positioning, without hype
  • Selective distribution that protects margins

Selective distribution

We work with a limited number of dealers and workshops per region.
This keeps the market calm, protects advisory pricing, and supports long term cooperation.

Our intention is not to replace the dealer.
Wherever possible we prefer supply, installation and support through professional partners locally.

What this means in practice

  • Limited number of brands and SKUs
  • Clear agreements on positioning and pricing discipline
  • Central demand creation through content and validation
  • Distribution routes chosen per product and per market

Not every product should be pushed through the same funnel.
The right route to market is chosen deliberately.
